Revolutionary ideas are rare, but they do happen. In the ultra-competitive restaurant industry, it often takes a rare, revolutionary idea just for a restaurant to succeed.
It starts when one person has a vision. One person sees things not as how they are but as they could be. Such was the case with Ray Kroc when he revolutionized the fast food business with McDonald’s. Such also was the case with Lee Iacocca when he helped revolutionize the automobile industry.
