Chicagoland Lionel Railroad club shows off layouts

Many of the club’s members put together creations that represent their personalities on the side of the tracks. Pictured is a bike club. Other additions include a Caddyshack setup, the Godfather, the Blues Brothers and more.

The members of the Chicagoland Lionel Railroad Club wanted to build something they loved and then share it with others. 

The club started in 1994 and has turned into a massive modular layout at 1311 S. Schoolhouse Road. The group bought the space in 2004 and the layout has continued to grow ever since.
