Irish eyes were smiling and the green beer was flowing at the seventh annual Irish Fest and Soda Bread Contest at Charleston’s Bar and Grill.

Families and other revelers gathered Saturday, March 8, at the popular hangout to celebrate all things Irish and help raise money for the Pediatric Brain & Spinal Cord Center at Comer Children’s Hospital in memory of Lynn Bennett, the late mother of Charleston’s owner, Julie Trafton.
