Before opening the front door to Gig’s III Sammiches, patrons can smell the scent of fresh-cut fries and oven-baked sausage with sweet peppers wafting out into the restaurant’s small parking lot.

And as good as the smells are, the fresh, homemade food that owner Giovanni Gigliotti serves is even better.
