Someone once asked me what it is like to be a reporter. I think the professional side of me kept my response short and sweet – tiring, but rewarding.
Don’t get me wrong; that is how I feel about it.
Saying that “every day is different” is a blanket over my daily schedule, which is divided into scheduling interviews, covering meetings and attending events. Journalism is a juggling act, and you are not bound to a 9 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule.
