Hometown Advantage members took a tasting trip to Tuscany without leaving Frankfort Wednesday, July 16, at Dancing Marlin.

Led by Dancing Marlin chef de cuisine Jackson Smith, members created a Tuscan summer salad, featuring sun-dried and cherry tomatoes, pickled ramps and mixed greens in a buttermilk basil vinaigrette, topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. The salad is to appear as a special in the coming months and was paired with a pinot grigio.
