The young and old met on Saturday, June 21, to celebrate the grand opening of the Lincolnway Special Recreation Center in New Lenox. The opening of the new facility offered attendees the opportunity to socialize as well as tour the new facilities and enjoy various activities that highlighted the new space.

The staff on hand offered tours, allowing attendees a sneak peek at the capabilities of the new facility. After a ribbon cutting ceremony, guests were allowed to roam freely, enjoying the gymnasium, free food and live entertainment.
